I use these guides to create uniform thickness cookies. It is also helpful that you can stack them for additional desired height! Easy to clean and store, doesn't slide around on you when trying to roll out dough!

Pricy for what it is, but nice that each size is a different color. That lets you grab a matching pair easily, They also store easily--I don't need to find a spot to keep these: They "snug up" to my rolling pin readily. Can go in the dishwasher. These 3 sizes are enough for my needs: some pastry, some egg noodles, etcetera. 3 pairs of silicone strips have to be really cheap to make, so I think they could be less, but just right for what I needed.

They didn't move around once put in place but I could move them easily if I wanted to. Super easy to use and all my cookies now come out the same thickness.

I made buttercream frosting for the cookies faces. My granddaughters don’t like icing. So the best way to decorate them was to freeze the frosting in thin layers and cut them out with cookie cutters. To make the frosting even I needed the silicone strips. It worked perfectly. Thank you!

The strips are not all the same length.
