Q: The water dispenser always comes out of the water. How can I use it correctly?

By using Siphon Principle, when the water bowl receives 1/2 water of its capacity, it will stop adding water. If the water container is tilted, even a little, the pressure between the water container and the water bowl will be lost, and then the water will flow out all the time due to the loss of pressure.

Q: How do I attach the food bowl and the water bowl to the cage? what are the rubber pieces for?

You just need to twist off the cap of the food dispenser and the water dispenser, next put them on the cage and insert the food bowl and the water bowl, than twist the cap tightly to fix them. But the vertical bar spacing of the pet cage should be more than 1.1 inches, and the height between the two horizontal bars should be more than 1.6 inches. The wire bar size should be less than 0.16 inches. If the cage wire spacing is not wide enough, you can try to bend wires slightly to enlarge the spacing. The rubber pieces can allow the food bowl and the water bowl to be installed more firmly

Q: Can I install them on my bunny cage？

Of course,our pet food water dispenser can work well with any pet cages. (The distance between the metal rods of the cage should be greater than 1.1 inches and the size of the metal rod should be less than 0.16 inches. Please measure your cage before purchasing.)
