Best quality cheese knife
For a cheese knife this one is pretty durable. I use this mainly for soft cheeses and the tip of the knife is great for a textured cut for cheese. The knife feels light weight and but good quality. I liked them so much I bought 12 for charcuterie classes!

Sorry, it doesn’t cut the cheese.
I suppose the knife might be great for certain kinds of cheese, but regular grocery store block cheddar cheese doesn’t cut worth a darn with the knife I received. The knife seems to crush the cheese leaving crumbled, ragged cut.
