Received pen a week after my mom passed away so I just started using it.. pen does not work, ink cartridge does not tighten and therefore does not work.. tried to maybe purchase another ink refill and you can't find them. I have asked twice on Amazon for a recommendation and nothing but silence. I cannot return it because I am outside the window - I basically got duped for a useless pen

Der Kugelschreiber macht einen wertigen Eindruck, liegt gut und schwer in der Hand. Der Drehmechanismus allerdings ist vor allem beim Mienenwechsel sehr unpraktisch. Nach dem ersten mal viel der Stift auseinander und ich habe ihn nicht mehr zusammensetzen können, keine Kaufempfehlung von mir.
