How do I connect this to an iPad Air?

Sorry these are just lens with a rubber knob on the end. No good for your IPAD.

What refill do I need for this pen?

Personally I wouldn't even buy any refils for them. You get 10 in a pack for next to nothing. Just change the pen or buy some more. Cheap enough.

No heavy to hold at all. I have arthritis in my hands and find it cumbersome to tap with my fingers so the stylus pens are great.

I need this primarily on the touchscreen, how long will the fibre tip last?
