Great price for a home unit! This vibration plate offers variable speed and intensity settings, making it easy to customize workouts or recovery sessions. It’s nice and compact, so it doesn’t take up much space and is perfect for home use. Excellent value for the quality and versatility it provides.

Everyone should have one!
What a GREAT product! Been using mine for about 3 months and I am amazed at the myriad benefits I'm seeing. Reduced pain, decreased soreness with weight training. The various ways it can be used has put more ZIP in my workouts. I love this thing! I purchased it for its bone density value. I am excited to see what changes may occur in my next scan in 2026.

Won’t run for more than 60 seconds at a time!
You can only run the plate for 30 or 60 seconds at a time, whereas everything I’ve read suggests running it for multiple minutes for best results ( or any results). This means if you want to run it for 15 minutes, you have to restart it 15 times while keeping track. This is unacceptable!

Cannot disable 30/60 second timer
When I purchased this, I did not know that the machine will only run for 30-60 seconds at a time. This is maddeningly frustrating. Was going to exchange for next model up but return window has closed, and "replace" option only replaces with same item.

Gets me started and same as my physical therapist uses
Great quality and the same as my PT office uses. The price is a bit daunting, but I think of it as medical care, not just a fun exercise. What I loved most is that it gets me started in doing all my exercises. Thing with PT is that it only helps if I keep up with all the exercises at home. This vibration plate relaxes all my muscles at the same time that I am building muscles.

It was worth the cost!
It's Easy to use. I seem to be moving a little better with more flexibility. I've only had it about a month and I'm trying out some of the suggested moves. The availability of instructions and information about the PP is wonderful and much appreciated. By the way, I'm 83 and the personal power plate is perfect for me.
