Bohning 1306 Tex-Tite Bowstring Wax 1oz, Clear

This is the brand I've used for the last 20+ years so I definitely like it. Works great (just remember to always rub the wax in one direction!).

Applies on very easily, not a rock hard wax stick you have to rub in. More like chapstick. A few wipes, warm it up with your fingers while rubbing it in. Stays for a long time before the string feels like it needs another wipe. I feel like this stick should last YEARS and the reputation for this brand speaks for itself. Perfect little tube to throw in the quiver pouches.

WORKS Great use it on the threads to secure my field and hunting points into the arrows or bolts, so they don't loosen up

The wax it self is great, but who thought at amazon to send it without a cap. This isn’t how it comes from The Bohning company.

This is a great bowstring wax and well made. Item arrived on time and well packaged. The strings on my bow had been starting to show some signs of wear so I decided to change the wax I was using. The item casing is not cheaply made, hard strong plastic encasing and protecting the wax. Went on a bow shooting competition after using the wax and left the wax in my truck in direct sun in 80-90 degree heat. The wax did not melt. It was easy to apply to the strings. Did not start to run off on my bow strings after being in the heat for a few hours. I would highly recommend this product for bow string protection.

I've just bought a Compound Bow and read about waxing the string, I watched every video available about how and with the best wax to buy, this make always seem to come up, so i bought this wax, what can you say but it does what it's intended to do, I've seen other archers using it on threads when fixing other parts to the bow, this will stop bolts from getting seized. Don't compromise on price, buy this if you want quality wax. Another essential bit of kit for your bow maintenance kit. Thank you.
