Pretty but crumbles
I got this as a gift for my sister and she loved it but the colors aren’t as vibrant and several pieces fell off in the packaging. It still has good structural qualities and is pretty, do recommend but try a cheaper option, isn’t worth the price as expensive as it is.

It's not horrible just Don't get too excited!
It doesn't look horrible but not at all like the picture or as described! These do not seem to be semiprecious stones at all. They are more like the colored rocks in a fish tank. The red is NOT red...looks more brown. Yellow is not yellow....looks more like khaki.The main thing for me was the fact that it looks like a straight stick with arms. There is no curvature to the main trunk at all. I specifically chose this one over some that were priced for less because I wanted it to look somewhat real.Not much attention was paid to details. They claim they are hand made so I expected slight deviations in the final product but exposed wires just hanging out (with no "gems" attached) is a huge oversight in production. Not sure what they have wrapped and glued around the base to give it a "wood" appearance, but it's not secured all the way around.I wanted this to be my 1st piece of a collection I'm looking to start but I'll have to find another vendor for future purchases.

I was dissapointed with the colors and transparency of the crystals. They don't match the website.
I ordered two of those trees (one for me and one for my daughter) because I was excited about the colors of the tree's crystals. As I set a tree, I was very disappointed with the colors and transparency of the crystals because they are different from the picture on the website. With the exception of one (white) crystal, the rest of the crystals are opaque and darker. The picture on the website doesn't reflect at all the real colors and transparency of this product.Won't buy from this seller again.
