How big are the softgels?

There are a couple of Life Extension supplement capsules that I am not able to swallow. So I do not like giant capsules. Fortunately, I have no trouble swallowing these Super Omega capsules. I take them two and three, one after the other, with my last meal of the day. Yes, they are large, but if I can take them with no trouble maybe you can also.

I can be wrong but I think the added flavor is natural and I think it is lemon, probably added so if you burp the fishy taste is camouflaged.   Maltodextrin as I’m Sure you have researched is a highly process plant based ingredient. Personally, I do t think it will detract from the healthy benefits.
