Perfect amount of vitamin d3 and k2 with no calcium in it.

Overpriced but worked!
Pricey but works well without side effects. My Vitamin D level went from 14 to 90 within 1 month of taking the 10,000U dose once a day (normal level is 30-100).

Good brand that I trust
I use other Metagenics products as well, really like the brand. The only thing with these is that they stick together pretty good. They use a different type of moisture absorber that doesn't seem to work as well as others.
