well made and so easy to program
These worked great and very easy to program. Just need to get your existing key copied to the new blank keys. literally took me about 10 seconds to program each key fob. Helped a fellow veteran who was quoted almost $300 to get a new key fob (1) from a local Locksmith. I on board programed both key fobs without any programming equipment got the key copied onto these 2 new key fobs. Very well made and both worked great. He actually said "And Bob's your uncle - done" I had to look that up, laughed when I found out what it meant.

The value at a very good price.
The best deal around. Paid practically nothing to have them set to our car ($40 total for both), by a local locksmith. The Chevy dealer wanted $280 each that was only for one. Works ๐ Saved us a lot of money. Definitely worth it!

Horrible
Do not buy. got my keys cut from a local locksmith and all was good for a day the case to these fobs become separated very easily especially when you turn the key for a couple of days i had to keep snapping them back together. Until finally it it came completely apart and pieces flew apart the bad part is that when it came apart the the clip that connects the battery to the little pcb was lost making it unable to start the car oh well i have a second keyโฆ for a day.. now i have 2 useless keys that will not start my car guess I'm going to a gm dealershipIm out $100 if you include the price of getting these keys cut.

It's okay
I ordered and received this two-pack of key fobs back in July of this year, as my poor key fob had finally fallen apart. It got to the point where the buttons fell off and I had to poke down into the holes to make it function, so I had no choice but to replace it. These keys do come uncut, but it only cost me $10 to have the car dealership cut it (ideally, you'll keep your old key fob to have them copy it when they do the cut, but maybe they can do without, I'm not sure, you'll need to ask if that's your situation). Programming it was super easy, I found instructions on YouTube and I had my key good to go within ~30 minutes. Now, the downsides to this key fob. 1.) It sticks. I only got one of the keys cut, and for whatever reason, the actual key doesn't want to disengage from its little slot/holster. I have to wrestle with it to make it come out. I don't understand why it does this, since it's not an old key loaded with gunk. 2.) The communication between my car and the key fob is sluggish. My old key fob, the actual Chevy one, was quick/prompt. With this one, I sometimes have to button mash it or hold the button down for forever to make it unlock my car. I can be standing NEXT to my car and it still has a delay. I don't understand why it does this, either, but it's super annoying. I've probably dropped it a few times, but it's still intact. I launched my previous one more times than I can count. Buttons are operational, key comes out when I fight it. Functionally, it's a good key fob. It's durable enough to handle life's little accidental drops, but the two other issues are why I have to dock a star. I haven't had any issues with the battery life just yet, so I don't know what the longevity of that is. I'll update this review again when that happens. If I figure out/fix the key release issue, or have any new issues, I'll update on that, too.

This fob works.
Well my original fob the unlock pad caved in and really messed me up. I I came here and ordered two for $22.00 they were at my door before even woke up the next morning.so here is what took place afterwards. The fob comes with a blank blade so you have to find a key cutting shop or hardware store that can do this. Loews home improvement wonโt do it HomeDepot wonโt do it I went to Ace and the say didnโt want to accept responsibility if the newly cut key blade didnโt work. So I called the dealership yes they could do it for $600 and changes. I took a small torx head screw driver and punched out the pin that holds the blade in place, did the same with the broken fob , replaced the blade with the blade that came of the old fob. I replaced the blade pin with a tiny nail thatโs practically the same diameter as the pin took a tiny pin file and filed off the excess on both ends of the newly installed blade. Went out to the car put the key into the door to un lock it got in closed the door and inserted the key into the ignition turned it to the first position and let all the idiot lights go through their cycle, then turn the car on I think that work so I opened the back hatch with the fob the turned the car off locked the doors while still inside then hit the remote start pad started up right away. Turned off again stepped out of the car then locked it the set the alarm- this saved me a lot of trouble and money. This fob worked for my 2014 GMC Terrain SLT just as it clams its identical the the one I destroyed after over 10 years of use now the fob I got has the pad for unlock, open the rear hatch door and remote start, and alarm set button and panic button. I give these fobs 5 stars โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ checks all my boxes.

Fob falls apart easily
For the price, itโs a decent enough option. I bought two last December and had them cut at a local shop. Boyfriend was able to program them easily within a couple minutes. They worked OKAY. My first one, the battery seems to be dying because I had to press buttons 11 times or more to get it to lock/unlock. The second one is still working alright. The biggest problem is that the fob starts separating on the sides. I have to be super cautious with them and constantly snap it back into place.

Great value for the money. Skip the Dealer.
Arrived on time and was exactly as described. Key blade was easy and relatively inexpensive to have cut. I programmed myself and it was a snap. All functions work as they should, although function buttons are a little stiff, as a few others have mentioned, but they also appear to be a solid button rather than a flimsy rubber cap so this is not a big deal for me. Case appears to be quite sturdy, more so than the OEM fob, to be honest. Very pleased with product upon first impressions and so much cheaper than dealer.

A money saving marvel
The dealership and the locksmith will tell you that you need to spend hundreds to buy and program vehicle fobs. Not true. Just buy this product and program them yourself in about a minute. You do have to get them cut for your vehicle, but that doesn't cost much. Just don't let the locksmith tell you that you can't program them yourself. They are the same quality as the original. Great value.

Good Buy
Key came uncut & it cost me more to cut and program at locksmith. They also said the battery needs to be replaced soon as it does not have a long lasting life. Overall it was a good buy. Despite paying for cutting and programming I still saved money

Waste of money
Apparently these key Phobos only work for a few months. I was finally able to find someone To install and he said he could do it however everyone heโs done this for comes back few months later to advise that itโs no longer working. Unfortunately my return window closed in July now Iโm stuck with this product. Wish I had read the reviews first.
