The capsule is easy to swallow, and the dosage is a good standard dose of milligrams per capsule for daily intake and the bottle was sealed securely but easy to open. I check the expiry date and its well over a year and a half till expiration.

I chose this brand of bamboo silica because bamboo contains the bioavailable form of silica and the amount is standardized to 70%. Silica is important for the production of keratin and collagen. It is also important for removing aluminum from the body. I'm taking this supplement to optimize bone density and connective tissue integrity but I am noticing unexpected benefits in my skin. My skin was not bad before but it is now glowing, especially where I use skincare actives. The effects of vitamin C, tretinoin, and acids plateau once you max out their benefits. I already hit the ceiling in my skincare routine but the silica has raised it so I'm seeing further improvement. My skin is also more resilient to irritation and dryness. I am now able to put actives on my eyelids and neck with zero irritation and see the benefits. I think the rate my hair sheds decreased based on how much comes out in the shower but I'm not sure because it wasn't a problem in the first place. It will take months for me to know if my hair is staying in the growth phase longer but it's believable.

I am an incredibly skeptical consumer. Not a lot out there , in my experience, that delivers what is promised in any products. This one in particular, I am very pleased with. I have hip length hair. I have multiple health issues that directly affect my hair. Causing it to be dry , actively thinning and slow to grow. I’ve used just about every product I’ve ever seen to combat these issues. My hair only grows 3-4 inches a year, at best. I’m on my second bottle. It took about a month or so for me to notice any changes. However, so far it has worked better than any other supplement or product I’ve used for my hair. I’m not sure on the change in length yet , if any , but my hair is definitely thicker and not as dry. My brush no longer looks like it’s birthing Chewbacca’s child every time I brush it out. That alone is worth the purchase. Also , my nails ! I typically have brittle, thin and flimsy nails. Not anymore. This supplement is making my nails grow like crazy. They are no longer thin nor flimsy. Pretty good plus to me ! I will most definitely be keeping this on auto shipping and using it as long as it’s available. I do highly recommend. I personally suggest giving it at least 4-6 weeks to start working it’s magic. Worth every single penny.
