Can you use any other blades, like Wilkinson blades?

I have tried other blades with this razor, but if the dimensions are the same as the BAILI brand then they should fit and work fine.

What material is the travel case made of?

A hard shell of plastic. Not a nice case but is fine for home use.

Will these blades work on the schick hydro 5 body groomer as well?

This shaver is designed for single double edge blades. I do not believe it is compatible with other razor types.
