Excellent Shears. Highly recommended. I use this to keep my Shih Tzu's faces maintained in between grooming, under the eye because of the drainage I have to keep the hair short. They are EXCELLENT. Sharp and cut swift in one pass and safe with the ball tip. I had another pair I had bought in the pet store that were crap, wound up throwing them in the trash. These work great, very happy with my purchase.

This shears is an extraordinary shears. The best shears I have ever used, owned or purchased. I highly recommend it for safety for pets and removing hair matts. It is sharp when cutting, but safe with the rounded ends. Easy to handle.

Use these for trimming the hair between our Bouvs paws. They have held up great and have stayed sharpe despite a lot of use.

These little scissors are a must have if you have a long-haired dog that you groom yourself. They're really good for trimming around the eyes and on the paws because they're very sharp but have rounded tips for safety. I had a pair of these that I used to groom four dogs for three years before they went dull. And I got a different kind after that; they were half the price and weren't even worth that. These are very good scissors.

I bought these scissors to trim around the ears and eyes of my dogs. I would say for the price, the quality is just average, and the sharpness could have been better. I have a pair of the round tip scissors I had gotten at a local drug store for much less to use on people, and I would say the quality is just as good (if not better). These scissors are lightweight, but the opening for the fingers is a bit small, and they don't seem to have any bulk to them...thus feeling flimsy. I will need to sharpen them before I use them again. Regarding the case they came in. It's okay, but I know over time, the snap is going to break off as it doesn't feel like it's great quality either. Overall, they rate to me as just average. I really think you can do just as well buying these type of scissors at a local drug store or discount store (Target, K-Mart, WalMart), or even at a discount beauty supply store for lots less...perhaps saving $5 or more. That's just my opinion. Hope this helped you decide what to do.

These work ok, but they're larger then I thought. I guess thats my fault when it said 4 inches I thought that was all of the scissors but it must just be the cutting parts. They're very long n heavy, I'll be buying something smaller.

These are just another pair of scissors. They are not very sharp and I would have liked a curved design to get around eyes...however, the rounded tips make it a little less stressful because you aren't worried about poking your dog.

Got these to trim the hair on my corgis paws. It gets really long and I don't want it getting matted from all the rain we've been having. They worked well, and being ambidextrous. Was able to use them with my left and right hands. Comes with a case to slip them into when not in use. For the price these are great, no complaints.
