Great for migraines
If you can migraines it's worth paying for one of these. Good quality. I wrap it over my shoulders, put it under my pillow and then flip the pillow to cool down my face when sleeping, lie on my front and put it on my back. Lots of uses. Stays cool for a long time.

Works great as a cold pack
Works great for me as a cold pack for my neck and back. I wish it had a strap to secure it in place while it's on your body otherwise I hold it in place with my hand while I am sitting down. I am very pleased with it otherwise. It is nice and big and covers a large area.

Great product!
This is great!!! It is flexible and comfortable. It freezes quickly. Really helps my pain! It doesn’t stay real cold more than an hour, maybe two. But that’s ok with me-it keeps me from over icing my neck. I suggest getting 2 so you can rotate them and always be able to grab a fresh one. , if you don’t want to keep taking it in and out of the freezer.
