Q: can you clarify the size, in the picture it looks very large but it says it’s only 20ins in height

It’s 60 high ( tall) and 20 per each piece wide. So all 3 together make 60 wide. All together it’s 60X60

Q: The description says this is canvas. It doesn't appear to be in the photos. Does it look like canvas in person?

its is textured and painting and gorgeous. yes, it is not a photo, it is oil paint , the real thing

Q: what color is the frame?

It seems to change a bit with the light, but I would describe it as a cross between silver and gold. I initially would have said silver, but it definitely has some warmer tones in it but certainly not bright shiny gold. It works really well with the art, so there must be some silver in the frame.
