Is tjis for thinning hair?

My hair is thinning due to age and I find it is an excellent conditioner. Plus my scalp feels healthier. I can't say if ir actually thickens hair but personally I find my hair feels better.

Why the same size shampoo cost $4.88 in here, and the other same size cost $13.95 in same Amazon too?
