do these dispensers come with the special wrench to change parts from the inside?

There is a key with a nipper to be used in order to open the lid on top the dispenser for refilling the liquid soap. There is no wrench necessary for mounting, but if you prefer to mount the dispenser on a wall with ankers (rather than gluing with a construction adhesive) then you may need a drill and a Phillips screwdriver. There are no parts which can be changed from inside either.
