Wheat Montana Prairie Gold 100% Whole Wheat Flour (Pack of Two – 5 Lb. Bags)

I would highly recommend this product. The white whole wheat flour taste wholesome in taste. You get two packs, so it's a nice addition to baking and cooking for different uses. I am going to reorder again later. You seem to get more for your money. Worth it!!!

I really like this for bread, be it yeast-leavened or sourdough. It's finely milled so the bran doesn't "cut" the dough strands like many WW flours do. I deducted a star because the price just keeps increasing and it is often unavailable. I have bought it from Amazon several times, only to later receive a message from the seller that it cannot be delivered. I have then waited a few days, only to find same seller now offering at a higher price. Guess that's the way of inflation... In case you're wondering my very favorite WW flour is Sun Rise Heritage Flour Mill. But, it's price now puts it in the "treat" category.

This is my favorite flour! I used to buy it at a local grocery store but can not get it locally anymore. I use this flour like I would all purpose flour. It is flavorful, unbleached, GMO free and so much better than your average coarse whole wheat flour. Great value for your money, some comparable flours are much higher priced.

I love using unbleached flour and this flour is great from texture to flavor. I found it for the best price by this seller. I received the product sooner than promised, which made the purchase experience even better.

This flour has so much more flavor than plain white flour, and it's not bitter like whole grain (dark/red) wheat. It adds a slightly nutty taste to whatever you bake. I make sourdough bread every few days and even though I incorporate several other flours for breads, I always include this one as the base flour. It's also great for pancakes.

Updating my below review & added a star after baking with this flour: baked the most flavorsome bread & the flour smells rich compared to the white powder that smells like nothing sold as flour in supermarkets. But packaging is lousy. 2 bags fused with duct tape which tore the bags I tried to peel and 1 bag arrived torn. The bags were torn open and flour was all over the box including other packages. No policy to return or replace
