Why do so many of these gluten free products never list any ingredients? I'm not buying anything unless I know what the ingredients are What are they?

The ingredients for the honeygrams are: corn starch, brown sugar, corn flour, palm oil, soy flour, soy bran, honey, modified tapioca starch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, caramelized sugar. Contains Soy.

Question 2

If using in pies, can unsuspecting family tell the difference between this and regular gluten grahams?

I've only used this as a cheese cake crust.  The first time I made the cheesecake the bottom crust came out very hard.  I'm not sure what caused that.  The second time I made the cheesecake I decided to skip mixing the grahams with the butter and just crumbled them on the bottom.  The cheesecake came out great and that's the way I continue to make them.  I hope this helps.

ingredients: corn starch, brown sugar, corn flour, palm fat, soy flour, soy bran, honey, modified tapioca starch, ammonium bicarbonate, baking soda, salt, caramelized sugar. Warning: Contains SOY.

So no to dairy and no to casein.

Also, I LOVE the taste. They taste like real people honey grams. Soooo good!!! They totally get my stamp of approval. And come wrapped 4 per wrapper so you can drop them in your purse/lunch and voila.

Question 4

Is this 12 boxes with 3 packages of 4 crackers each? Or just 1 box with 12 crackers, I am confused by the comments of other people.

It arrived as one package of crackers (3 plastic packages of 4 crackers in one box)….rip off for $40. It’s not 12 “boxes” of crackers!
