I bought this to give it a try for my "tiny bladder" and it's helped with not only that, but also my stomach (which was unexpected). I kept seeing AZO Bladder Control advertise and looked it up. It was pricey and I was skeptical that it'd even work so I found this instead. I've struggled with urgency my entire life and since I have a long coast-to-coast drive across the US coming up. I figured it can't hurt to try so that I don't have to stop to pee every 30-60 minutes. It has helped so much and then some! It took about a week for me to notice a difference, but the changes are huge. Usually when I had the urge to go, it was an instant emergency, if not, it would become one fast. I've noticed I can also drink more fluids thanI could before. I don't have to time when I drink fluid with anything. I can drink late at night and I still sleep through the night. Public outings no longer have any panic to find a bathroom either, since if I get the urge to go, I can hold it. No more emergencies unless my bladder is literally full.The part where it really helped me is my stomach. Recently I started struggling with some sort of acid issue in my stomach which has been causing wear and tear on my stomach lining. I recall the day that i went through Dr. Josh Axes tutorial for Hair growth and to reduce hair falls 55 days ago. And I am writing this review based on that. I, totally agree to this product and below are my comments.The day i started taking the pills made be feel a little uncomfortable as I took them empty stomach. But the bright side was that I had a wonderful No.2. Lols. Then I combined it with 10,000 MCG Biotin with Jarrows Beef bone broth along with Vitamin B12 ( 500mcg) daily. In 25 days I could really feel a wonderful difference. My hairs were growing and looking thicker and hair falls were less. I noticed an amazing glow on my skin. I used castor oil and Jojoba oil along with coconut oil too to support the root strength and to keep the hair soft. To my surprise I could also feel my body hairs ( Hands, legs, inner thighs, chest, back) were getting thick and those unseen hairs which never sprouted on all over my body especially near the hand fingers and behind palms also came out. I kind of feel manly now. This product works as well as some other prostate formulas at twice the price That is to say it helps somewhat, It may have broader effects with prolonged use. Only been using about a week.

This is a great support supplement. It works for me. I've been using it for years. It may do the same for your prostate health.

I originally bought this to help with having to get up several times a night to pee. It has helped with that somewhat, probably as I take it longer will help more, but the unexpected effect was incredible - my horribly painful hip bursitis, Achilles tendonitis and oa knee pain have been dramatically reduced after only a week or so of taking this. I noticed the effect right away, but at first wasn't sure what was doing it, the longer I took it the less pain I had. Amazing! This is pretty much life changing as I had tried so many other things to control the inflammation with minimal results, Now I can walk without pain, limping barely noticeable now. It seems the longer I take it the better I feel, so will make sure I never run out. I take these 3 times a day with food. May not work for all, but certainly worth $10 to find out..

I have been taking this product for about 2-3 weeks due to having a overactive/nervous bladder. My family kept making fun of my hampster bladder. All I wanted to do was walk around walmart and not have to worry about "suddenly" having to go so I researched online and found that pumpkin seed is not only supposed to help men with their prostrate but women with their bladder problems. I bought particular product at a relatively inexpensive price because I wasn't sure if it was going to work. I don't normally have an issue of getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom just when I am out and about and have to scout for a bathroom just to make a mad dash. I haven't really noticed a difference yet so I am going to give it more time and will update again in several more weeks. If still no results then I will just keep looking for another product to use.

Seems to work. With regular use and one cap before bed, allows me to sleep through the night without getting up to pee. Can I say "pee" on Amazon?

This is what I used to get off (transition) PPIs which I was given for acid reflux. I highly recommend them. I take one a day and still do. Quality product
