Amazing faucet
I love this faucet. Period. It looks great, and it works even better. I was a bit concerned, reading through reviews, that I might have issues, but it works perfectly. A confession. I live in California. I am not allowed to have this faucet shipped to me because of the GPM. I had it shipped to a friend, who then shipped it to me. It sat for a while in the box as we waited for our kitchen remodel to start. It was finally installed last week, and I couldn't be happier. The water flow is great at the normal setting, and the "turbo" button increases the pressure/flow so that it can clean out pretty much anything remaining in the sink. The pulldown feature feels solid and works well, and allows the nozzle to reach all areas of my sink (which is huge). I was looking for a faucet that had the industrial look, but had some refinement as well, and this faucet fits the bill perfectly. Prior to this faucet, my wife and I went for the more affordable faucets, and paid for it in performance. This time, we splurged, figuring the quality of Moen and the lifetime warranty would pay off in the long run. It's early, but I'm glad we made that decision. If you can get this (if your local governments deem you worthy), and if you can afford it, I highly recommend this faucet.

Great faucet.
Love this! It is made very sturdy. Installation was easy. Looks great in my kitchen. We have an island sink so it is nice to have this faucet there. I looked at several and have learned my lesson about buying cheap. This is worth it.

Beautiful high quality faucet
Really nice faucet. Well built and fun/rewarding to use. Beautiful. Bought used "like new" quality and it was truly like new. Didn't even seem to have been opened before.

This is what every kitchen should have
Buying this unit replaced a 20 year old Moen setup. Getting the old faucet and sprayer out was much worse than anticipated. The original installers butchered it, and it had to be cut out in order to remove the old handles. I installed this on a granite counter top. Installation was simple, with the included tool it took almost no time. We bought the 3 hole trim plate to go along with this faucet. For the tie in, the moen soap dispenser is a must and completes the look. The option to cover the holes left by the original faucet is great. This unit works great and look beautiful. Don't forget to buy all the pieces you need with this. Moen does sell them all separately. I recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen sink setup.

LOVE this faucet! Looks so simple and clean!
We were re-doing our laundry room and I was going to take our older Moen faucet that was in the kitchen and use it in that sink. After taking it apart I realized that after 12 years the faucet was on it's last leg. I was browsing through all of the Moen faucets and it was overwhelming honestly. I narrowed it down to about 30 and then showed my wife and she immediately picked this one out. I was on the fence since we do not have a chef's kitchen and thought it would look out of place. After reading the height dimensions I really thought it was going to be too tall. Got it over the weekend and WOW! Looks beautiful. It's so sleek and modern looking compared to what we had it's unbelievable to me how such a fixture can update the look of the kitchen. I also purchased the modern looking soap dispenser and since the granite guys were here for the laundry room I asked nicely if they'd drill a hole in the kitchen counter. Both complement each other really nicely in my opinion. Moen S3947SRS Modern Kitchen Deck Mounted Soap and Lotoin Dispenser, Spot Resist Stainless Installation is SUPER easy. I've NEVER changed a faucet before and it took me about 15 minutes to do so. Do NOT think it's over your head because you've never done one before. There are two things I am not fond of. First is the head of the faucet. It's plastic. It's such a shame too because the entire unit and quality of this is all metal and it blows my mind that a fixture that is $400+ gives you a plastic head. The part that you extend down and touch almost every time should be metal just like the faucet water control on the right hand side. This is honestly my biggest gripe with a really nice kitchen faucet. That leads me to the next thing. By default on this unit when the water control hand is upright just like in the pictures it's off. Push it to the right while still keeping the position at the 12 o'clock will net you hot water. To adjust water you must turn the hand down towards the counter. This seems backwards to me. By default I should have cold water up top and then adjust the handle downward to start to make it warm then adjust to hot. This really bothers me but it's 100% easy by just switching the connections on the bottom of the sink. Instead of hooking the cold water to cold line hook it to the hot water line and same with the hot.. Hot goes onto cold. By doing this it will 100% solve the problem above. I will note that my wife is completely fine with how it is by default and actually prefers it that way (hot at the 12 o'clock position and cold as you turn the handle downwards). Perhaps being left handed I just am used to adjusting water slightly different than her since she's a righty. One last note is it really helps if you have a deeper sink. If not you will get water splatter. Even with the deeper sink water seems to splatter in places it did not with our older faucet. I was on the fence about spending this much for a faucet but honestly the one that was in our kitchen like I mentioned above was 12 years old, and if this lasts that long then it's worth it. We purchased the stain resistant s/s version and NOT the chrome. Some times it's hard to tell in people's pictures what they purchased. Hopefully this helps some folks :-)

Don't cheap out or you'll regret
When renovating my kitchen I decided it was worth saving a few bucks on each expense. Believe me, this will cost you more down the road. That's exactly what happened to me... 2 years ago I decided to buy a beautiful faucet for a low price: modern, sleek, commercial look, for less than a $100? I'm in! You don't need to look carefully to realize that the same faucet is sold all over the plave under different brands/models. After installing one of these, I was fairly satisfied: it looked good but it didn't perform that well over time. Water pressure started to fade, minor leaks would appear, and it was not easy to get the handle in and out. In less than 2 years, the water pressure became so low that it was taking a minute to fill a 10-cup carafe with water. I thought the problem was the plumbing! Called the plumber and he gave me that look when he saw the un-branded beatiful commercial-style faucet. He replaced the cartridge but nothing changed. I decided to buy a quality product and the 3 most famous brands came to mind... this Moen faucet has been the best addition to mu kitchen. It looks good, there's a lot of pressure, even a turbo feature! I can totally recommend this Moen to anyone.

Disliked the price but you get what you pay for theses days. Besides Moen will be around in 15 years when I need a cartridge. Install was easy and secure none of this shim and set screw junk you might see. Pull down return works well easy to adjust. Looks and feels like quality. As they say for buy it once buy it for life.

This tap is heavy duty, no plastic parts. I avoided getting the coil kind of tap as I thought it would be a hassle to clean but, the coil is so thick and solid, its not finicky to clean at all. Its really tall and everything swings out of the way if necessary. My handy man was very impressed with it and said he would buy this tap because of the quality. No regrets buying it even tho its more expensive (although it was cheaper than having to replace 2 cheaper ones). You get what you pay for.
