I love Lorann Oils and the Bakery Emulsions are the best. Lots of flavor. I usually use this in making Creamers for coffee. Next going to try with Ice Cream and Frostings. I don't believe I will be disappointed.

I guess I am not clear on using an emulsion. I read that some people use this in their coffee. I thought it might be a nice sugar-free alternative to regular caramel. It smells great but the taste is not so good -- at least not in coffee. It has a weird after taste.Best to use it as it was intended, in baked goods.

We use this in home made coffee creamer. 1 can sweetened condensed milk, a couple glugs of the caramel extract and between 1 1/2 cup milk to 2 cups. (depends on the container we use) Ita perfect!

Yum! This is gluten and dairy free and delicious!I like that the flavor and ease of using this.I have missed the taste of caramel. I am sure conscious of food allergens and was thrilled to find this company.Not sure why Amazon will only allow me to review under one flavor?I've also tried (and loved) theCoffeeButtery Sweet DoughRumCookie ButterButter VanillaIf you bake for people with food allergies/sensitivities, these are absolutely worth trying! Be aware that the Cream Cheese flavor contains milk.I have added these to cookies, muffins, cakes, icing, and coffee--all with pleasing results. I especially love these in icings! It gives me a lot of options.

I have a few of these and they’re great for baking or making coffee creamer! They have a thick gel-like consistency and you only need a small amount. The jars are pretty big, so they’re going to last you awhile. I already have more flavors in my cart!

Smells good, tastes good - I use it in my coffee way better than artificially sweetened coffee syrups.

Expensive yet tastes very cheap and artificial. Bought this for Ninja Creami bases as it was recommended by the site i got the Ninja Creami base recipe from. It tastes horrible and nothing like caramel. Waste of money.
