This is the best value for money Whey protein out there! It is also the best tasting protein I have ever had. I use milk to mix mine, it mixes far easier than with just water. When I use a full fat milk...this is like drinking a good quality vanilla ice-cream nom nom nom nom nom! I have been weight training since 1985, in that time I have used a lot of different protein products, this one not only tastes the best but it has not side effects on my digestive system, none! I find that other brands taste like chemicals and can cause gas.

My review should actually be taken as 4 1/2 stars. This is for the vanilla gourmet flavour. This mixes so well whether with water or milk. Quality seems to be so good as does the nutrition. Does not seem to cause any issues for the lactose sensitive. The flavour is decent but not brilliant. Slightly sweet and overly flavoured if that makes sense, but that is to preference; hence the non 5 stars.

I purchased Dymatize Whey Protein expecting a high-quality supplement, but unfortunately, the product was very disappointing. It contains lumps and does not mix well at all, which strongly suggests it may have been exposed to moisture or is simply of poor quality. To make things worse, Amazon does not allow returns for this item. I reached out to Dymatize multiple times for support or at least a response, but I haven’t heard back from them at all. This experience has made me lose trust in both the brand and Amazon when it comes to buying supplements. If you receive a defective product, you’re on your own — no help, no resolution. I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing this product and consider other platforms that offer better customer support and return policies for health-related items.
