I want to leave a fair review because this product DID work for me, just not in the way I ultimately needed. I originally started using boric acid because I was dealing with an off vaginal scent. Whenever I used these suppositories, the difference was noticeable and I would feel fresh and normal again. So if I were reviewing this strictly based on whether it helped with odor while I was using it, I would absolutely say yes. My issue was that the result never lasted for me. Once I stopped using the suppositories, the scent would usually start returning within about 2–3 days. That eventually put me into a cycle where I felt like I needed to keep using boric acid whenever the scent returned. Over time, that became frustrating and honestly affected my confidence. I didn’t want to feel like I needed to insert something every few days for the rest of my life just to feel comfortable with my own body or confident about intimacy. I eventually went to my gynecologist and was evaluated and tested for BV and STIs. My testing was negative, and my gyn felt that what I was experiencing was related to an imbalance in my normal vaginal flora/microbiome. That led me to learn much more about vaginal flora, Lactobacillus and the importance of understanding why your normal scent or discharge has changed instead of continuously trying to manage the symptom yourself. Looking back, boric acid was useful for me, but I was using it to repeatedly manage the odor without understanding what was causing the change in the first place. Once I started addressing my flora specifically, I noticed a completely different response, including a major improvement in scent and significantly less discharge. My biggest advice to other women is to please see your gynecologist if you have persistent or recurring odor or unusual discharge. Don’t automatically assume it’s BV, yeast, an STI, a pH issue or a flora imbalance—and don’t rely solely on Amazon products to figure it out. Get evaluated so you actually know what you’re dealing with. I’m not giving boric acid a bad review because it genuinely did help me while I used it. I just wish I had understood sooner that repeatedly making the odor disappear wasn’t necessarily the same thing as addressing what was going on with my body. For me: effective for temporary odor control, but not a lasting solution to what I was experiencing.

I've used these a few times before this purchase. I like how well they work and I just need a single use usually. Life changer! Easy as using an OB tampon. I would use it right before bed and wear a pad as it can cause a little extra wetness. Lol

This is a game changer. I suffered from frequent yeast infections immediately after sex. I treated my yeast infection for 2 weeks. On the first day, I noticed a difference in how mild the symptoms were. I now insert a capsule post intercourse and it work like a charm, haven't had frequent yeast infections since.

It has to give me a long time to buy this but it has always been my favorite to buy it's definitely worth the money if you have it!
