Get this!! This is my 2nd bottle and let me tell you how great this is! When I first started taking these I was only going 1 in the morning and 1 before bed and it wasn’t doing anything for me I’d wake up at 3am like clockwork and would be so frustrated. I started taking 2 in the morning and 2 before bed and let me just say it helped so much! I Sleep so so good and I haven’t slept this good in so so long. Sometimes I take 3 in the morning and 2 before bed. I wake up So very well rested and so happy. Get these you won’t regret it. Just make sure you take 2-3 in the morning it won’t make you sleepy I promise and take 2 before bed. About 30 minutes before.. oh and I’m going number 2 so smooth as well no stomach pains. TMI I know I’m sorry lol

Have totally changed sleep and digestion for me! But gentle enough that I don't get any side effects (except weird and vivid dreams but i got used to that lol). Cheaper on amazon than my local grocer too!

I bought magnesium glycinate as a natural alternative to help me relax, and fall asleep a little easier. It does a great job with that! I would give it 5 stars, except that each dose is 4 capsules. It’s not a deal breaker, but I probably will order one that requires fewer capsules just to fit into my weekly sorter better.

Ive been using this product for 4 days now. 2 in the morning and 2 after dinner and so far there has been a change about my sleeping problem. I don’t have to wake up in the middle of the night unlike before. Hopefully this will be the one I was looking for.

I was using another High Quality Magnesium but it was in a Tablet form but once I Found this Very High Quality Magnesium Glycinate in Capsule Form I made the switch, not that the other Brand was of less Quality but This Brand is also Definitely of High Quality and I find it easier to take in Capsule form for Easier Digestion.
