Has anyone found replacement blades/foils for this? Seems to be a shame to just throw the unit away when it can't cut so well anymore.

No it does not have a case. But it does not need one. It is tough built. It has a hard plastic shell to protect the flimsy screen. It is good for travel, very small and powerful.

Good enough to use as my main daily shaver?

Yes, my husband is very happy with the shaver. You could use it as a daily shaver, however it doesn't have a power supply, you would be relying on the batteries.

Is it wet dry shaving machine?

Dry only. Very good battery shaver fast. I use for fine tuning my shave after use of Braun s9 sport for main shave. Panasonic shaves very close!
