Love this toothpaste! No new cavities in years’ whitens teeth and use it after eating. Will be 80 in 2 days and still have my own teeth! Everyone should use this brand☺️

I've been buying this toothpaste regularly, and it has become our go-to choice. After trying several different brands over the years, this is the one I keep coming back to because it consistently works well. The formula is gentle, and I've had no issues using it every day.

I love this toothpaste, the evening repair truly works and I wake with a clean mouth feeling. The hydroxyapatite is fantastic and I’m so glad it’s now available in the US, despite the lack of availability at brick and mortar retailers. Even my dentist is impressed with this brand and the value on Amazon.

I have had issues for the past couple of year on a tooth that just feels sensitive. I went to the dentist and everything was ok, but even sensitivity toothpastes were not working so I wanted to try something to maybe build up the enamel a little and make the tooth more healthy. This is my second time purchasing this because I noticed a different within a week or so of starting it. It used to get so sensitive that just the wind hitting it while exercising outside would cause pain. I do not get that anymore. It's still a little sensitive when I tap on it but it's not something that bothers me or I even notice unless I consciously tap on the tooth. I'd say over all it's about 75% better. I am hoping that if I continue using it that I will get even more improvement but if not...if it just stays how it is I'm happy. On top of the sensitivity it does a good job cleaning my teeth and making them look a little whiter. It's not like using whiteners but I'm happy with the results. I've used several brands of nano-hydroxyapatite to reinforce tooth enamel. This one actually works. I started out using a Japanese product that is sold on Amazon. Unfortunately, after using it for a month or 2 I developed serious tooth sensitivity! That seemed counter-productive, and indicated to me that I was probably wearing away more enamel simply by using that toothpaste. So I tried this one, from Italy. I used a very soft toothbrush, gently, just making sure the toothpaste covered all the tooth surfaces, then spit out the excess, and left it on without rinsing. I made sure, if using it before bed, not to eat or drink anything. I realize leaving toothpaste in your mouth is not considered good practice, or safe, but I thought (since I couldn't read the instructions, not in English) that that would be the best way to ensure my teeth had the best chance of repair. It worked! My teeth, after a few weeks, really felt better and much less sensitive, plus they looked really good. I think this is a very good product. I've bought it 3X now, and will buy again.

I'm not sure this toothpaste repairs the tooth in the sense of regenerating enamel. It is more like slapping a bit of temporary concrete on the tooth in certain areas. Some of this toothpaste occasionally gets on my shirt, and I notice that it turns hard. Have to put in the laundry in order to get rid of it, or use a lot of water. I think the better word to use is "protection" rather than "repair", as to what it does. Don't think that the toothpaste is in any way permanent necessarily. Also this toothpaste is the only toothpaste I know of that you can easily over squeeze out large amounts. I've done it 3 times with one tube of toothpaste. The toothpaste seems to have a lower viscosity that other toothpastes I've used, so that you can easily squeeze out a lot before you mean to. For this reason, I don't think I'll be re-ordering again. It's not a bad toothpaste, but until they improve the tube design, I'm staying away. I don't like throwing away toothpaste unnecessarily.

We use this because of the Hydroxyapatite, which is a safe alternative to Fluoride for strengthening teeth and repairing enamel (which fluoride does not do). Pros This truly does remove sensitivity from areas where you might have a cavity starting or gums receding. It whitens and cleans just as well as a commercial brand Taste is great - not too strong Feels good in the mouth con we wish they used xylitol to sweeten rather than sorbitol or sodium saccharin. I'm not sure if these are bad for you, but I know xylitol is good for the mouth.

This product right here is the best .... no lies. I never ran out. I buy all of them. i wish i could express how i love this product, but you might think, I am being paid. The way i love and tell people about this product, i should be paid. Seller, what do you think. But, seriously, its really an excellent product for your teeth. Très très bonne dentifrice, surtout apprécié le matin

This toothpaste is amazing. It’s the only toothpaste I can use that doesn’t make me gag, minutes after using this my whole mouth feels clean and fresh. Also I have used this for over a year now and it has healed all my sensitive teeth (entire top and bottom rows on left side). This stuff has probably saved me on trips to the dentist. It’s got a strong taste but is healing and soothing at the same time. Highly reccomend this to anyone who has sensitive teeth and/or gum problems. Sensodyne just doesn’t do it.
