Bought this as a "prank" gift for my grown son because he loves trees. However, it is a great book! Very informative and who doesn't love learning when Dr. Suess is the teacher!!

I’am a teacher and our Study for the Months of November and December was on Trees this book was very informative. I learned about trees that I never knew of also.

All of the Cat in the Hat's Learning Library books are wonderful. My 5-year-old and 8-year-old both look forward to getting another in the series. Aside from being informative, the info is easy for kids to remember because it rhymes. We now have 15 of these books and will be getting more.

My 3yr old nephew begs me to read my 30-40 yr old Dr. Suess Cat in the Hat books. These modern ones are good early learning tools but they do not have quite the sound and feel of the original Suess. Nevertheless my nephew still insists on me reading them to him.

Get this for my kids for Arbor Day as I wanted to create a new family day of celebration.

Purchased for our homeschool science unit on trees and leaves. It's a fun book to read. Not as good of detail/information as a couple other books I purchased, but still worth it.

The books I ordered are GREAT. They were, however, cheaply packaged! The day they were dropped off at our house, we were out of town and it rained heavily all day! They were loosely wrapped in folded corrugated box material and the books got damp which wrinkled the pages.

Awesome book for starting to teach youngsters about trees and identifying them by the bark and leaves. My boys love this book! A little wordy, but I try and read a few pages a night to them so it's not overwhelming as they are 2 and 4. For a 6 year old it could be read all the way through probably.

My kids love to learn this book is great for teaching about trees!
