VERY impressed!
These look beautiful and were packaged great. They held heat for over 24 hours! I put very hot liquid inside but it definitely retained amazing heat. These look very nice and are easy to clean. Well worth the price!

Very sleek and keep your coffee hot for hours
I purchased two of these for my store to keep coffee hot for my customers. I will make coffee at 7:30 in the morning and it is still the same temperature at 5 o’clock at night. These are absolutely wonderful. They do not drip. They are portable easy to fill and easy to clean Plus they look good.

Works Great
I have only tried this with hot beverages, but that is the one that is supposed to only stay hot for 12 hours. And in my experience, it does just that. Now, I didn't have a thermometer, so I just knew it was hot, not exactly how hot.I made coffee for Christmas brunch and it was hot for the entire meal and long after I got back home. And I had an hour drive there and back. But the coffee was steaming when it came out. And I continued to check and see if it was still hot for several hours. I stopped checking after about 10 hours from when I made the coffee. It was still steaming in the room temperature mug even after 10 hours. And the next morning, it was no longer hot, but it was a little warmer than room temp, 22 hours after making the coffee. So I'm impressed. It loses a star for the fact that there is no way to lock it so it can't open the top during transport. And also because the top does not come off at all, making cleaning more difficult. And when filling, you have only the small opening to pour into.

Worked just great
I actually bought this one after I purchased a defective different model. I used it for a hot cocoa station I set up for a neighborhood block party. Everyone loved it and the kids had an easy time using it. The cocoa stayed hot inside for the entire event. I did have to refill it once and the second time I didn’t make the coco as hot, because the carafe kept it so hot for the first batch. However, that’s a positive, because it did exactly what it was supposed to. If you are. Inside ring buying this, don’t hesitate.

I so wanted to love these...
For reference, I have owned and run a small town coffee shop in SWFL since 2007-I buy products and equipment to use as advertised-in a professional capacity-not as a novelty item to 1-up my neighbors at the next HOA meeting I happen to host.I gave these a try after being fed up with paying $50-$70 dollars for BUNN airpots...I had used BUNN or Fetco for years-and they had always been reliable, durable, and overall worth the cost...but then the last two-three times I had ordered some to have as extras/back-ups/spares-at least one arrived damaged straight out of the box. The thing was-because they were not immediately needed-they were not opened immediately, and tested (something I now try to make sure I do with any kind of thermos I buy). They were stored high on a shelf in the stock room-until needed-only to find out then-when needed- that it was not working-and you guessed it-I was outside the return window. That was it-out $50-$70 for something that couldn't fulfill it's one function-So I spent hours going through reviews of various airpot types, styles, sizes, etc...nothing seemed to be comparable to what I was used to getting from fetco or bunn...and then I found these from Cresimo. This was the first air-pot that I had run across that the specs matched the needs and the reviews-while mixed as they almost always are-gave me enough confidence to try them.I was a little hesitant when it arrived-noticeably more lightweight straight out of the box-and while the top was more light weight and was noticeably more cheaply made (after all these cost 1/2 the price of the ones I was replacing for rampant defects)-the internal components seemed solid; from the stainless steel, to the plastic nozzle on the siphon, the rubber seats and seals-everything seemed great. When I tested the new pot I got even more excited-I put water into it that was at the same temp as I would be putting coffee-should this thing pass the test-and not one, but two days later-the thing was still hot enough to be producing steam when I lifted the lever and pumped some of the water into a cup. - We have a winner! My search has paid off. - I ordered 3 more. One of them had to be replaced straight out of the box...not happy about it-but it happens. Return and replacement was easy and quick-I can work with that.Fast forward to barely more than half a year later-I have had to return or trash several of these-either I ordered more back-ups and couldn't test them immediately (they got stored and testing fell to the back burner) only to find out later on more than one occasion that my 'back-up(s)' was/were defective...with out any cause that I was aware of-one would turn hot to the touch when filled-so the pot is radiating heat/not holding heat...not good for coffee service. Finally had a brief spell where I wasn't replacing one for not holding its temperature only to have the little plastic arm that works as a piston on the air-bladder inside the pump head snap-on two different lids, at two different times-within two weeks of each other-and in the middle of morning rushes no less...the last one was last week, and within that week another one of those that had seemed to be holding it's all (temperature wise)-is now not holding its temperature. If they were expected to be 1-3 use items, I would expect this-but I would also expect to pay no more than $5-10 for them...at $35 a piece-if these ARE in fact supposed/expected to be used in a commercial setting at all-they should be able to last a good year or two with the occasional bump against the counter when being carried the 20 ft from the kitchen to the coffee maker-which in my case is about as far as they go/travel. I have designated pots for my storefront, and others that get used for catering jobs...and the ones traveling approximately 40 ft are as frequently if not more frequently than the ones that get loaded, jostled, and carted around on catering gigs. I have not had one complete flask/siphon/lever-handled lid survive more than three months-with most surviving far less time than that. The first time I ordered one of these was July of 2021-it is now 2nd week of February-2022...and I use 4 airpots each day, then 6 -and now 7-days a week in my small business-and occasionally an extra one or two when I pick up a catering gig. So I normally have between 5 and 7 of these on hand-and feel like I have been retiring one to the trash heap or returning one every time I turn around. As I said at the beginning of this long-winded tirade/epistle-were this something I used only on occasion-it might very well be a great product. But in a busy cafe/food business such as mine-it simply hasn't been able to hold up.

So far so good
Perfect size for small gatherings. I've only used it once, but it worked well and was easy to handwash, although I recommend a bottle brush.
