Crap product, it requires a difficult mixing, sticks everywhere, makes a mess. And you still have to add alcohol, which is not said in the advertisement

I followed directions very *precisely*, as I was sealing a pond of approx. 400 square feet, so one would think that the [3 gallon kit] product would cover it, since they claim to cover 480 sq. ft... not even close! It made a one-coat coverage of barely HALF what it claims! This stuff is ridiculously expensive & a huge pain to mix and apply, but I at least expected it to cover, and it did not. I believe I was ripped off big time; and the company owes me.

This is a two part epoxy resin. If you want a good seal this is the way to go. We use it at a wolf sanctuary for our animal ponds. Even claws on this product are no problem. Yes it is messy. Two part epoxy duh! Also suggest using when temperatures are cooler to increasing working time.

Awful! The calculations on square footage is wrong. I had to purchase a second set to finish the job. Quality is poor.
