The media could not be loaded. I like that is has all these changeable heads! Makes my drawer less crowded. It's easy to clean and recharge. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

The nose hair attachment broke as soon as I attached it. The other attachments have held up ok so far but I have only used it a few times. I am somewhat satisfied with the outcome of how the tool removes hair. Product quality is fair.

Love it
I like how easy it is to use, but the one I got came with a broken nose trimmer part. It won't stay on no matter how hard I try. Other than that, the product works perfectly!
