Verrrrry perfect WIFI access point, easy setting and installation, customer happy and I am happy for the downstairs 3 bedroom renting unit

This unit, for the price, worked very well transmitting on both bands with almost the same range for 360 degrees as advertised.My only disappointment is that it only had one WAN/LAN connection. A second LAN connection to daisy chain other units or devices together would have made it perfect. I would have deleted 1/2 star for that but 4.5 is not an option.It is set up with most settings at default so that only minor program adjustments will get you working quickly, if you are adapt at working with WiFi AP and Client radios.However, there are a lot of programmable features included to customise this unit, if desired.An important feature for me was the ability to program in multiple SSIDs with separate passcodes.I purchased this on sale which even sweetened the deal.

I've just get it, Easy installation, easy setup. it works really well, Although doesn't looks like an outdoor device, in my case I'll put a protective cover on it.

Great little unit! This came in packaged great and performs just the same! They only issue I have with this is that the manual doesn't give any info on the type of POE voltage needed for this. My first POE injector was not enough for this, I ended up needing to use a higher 48-52v Injector. Not a big deal but would have been nice to have that included with info, maybe there was an issue with my first injector, but it seemed to work fine with other devices. Good unit, works well, order it!

You'll have to buy something like the below linked if your setup doesn't already send power down the cat5 network cable.There's no power cable in the box but it does accept one of you already have the right supply.I didn't end up using this product in the end, the software isn't plug and play, you've to go about setting subnet masks and IP addresses ... sheesh, I though I could simply use the Cat5 cabling already in the house to extend the Wi-Fi. Perhaps it's for more experienced network engineers with training and time on their hands.
