do the attachments work with any drill?

Corded drills are NOT recommended, i assumed a corded drill would work fine (just a little less convenient and maybe dangerous in wet areas) however i just happened to noticed on the Driilbrush website FAQs (https://www.drillbrush.com/faqs/) they anwered NO to this question: 
Q: Can I use this drill brush in a corded drill? 
A: No, we don't recommend it because corded drills can have too much torque and many lack the speed control that a battery drill does, which is very useful for fine tuning the RPMs for your application. see less

There is a similar product called dr brush made by holikme.  does anyone know the difference between them and drill brush?

It is very common for manufacturers to private label or list products of different brands or subsidiaries, but this is not the case here. Drillbrush does not work with any brand other than Drillstuff. All Drillbrush products have "Useful Products" embossed on them. Drillbrush brand brushes are also built more robustly as can be seen on the counterfeits page on our website. If you view the page you can see how the holikme brushes will fail, and the shaft will fall out after using the brushes due to the worse quality. Additionally, if you have any issues or questions with the holikme brush you will be unable to speak to a person as they are based out of china. If you contact us here at Drillbrush you will speak to a real person based in the U.S.A. and we can help you with any questions or issues that may arise. Furthermore, Drillbrush is the creator of the original "Drill Brush" and we have been since our company owner invented the product in 2007 in his car wash in Marcy, New York.

I want to return this product. ad stated assembled in usa. upon receiving, box clearly states made in china  how do i return?

A lot of products have all their parts made in china. Then parts are shipped and assembled in the USA. Always check to see if it states “Assembled in USA” or “Made in USA”. 
There is a difference for sure. Go with Made in USA
