I picked up the Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Marvelous Oil Elixir because my hair was in that “dry but also slightly rebellious” stage where no matter what I did, it still looked a little thirsty at the ends. I didn’t want anything heavy or greasy—just something that could smooth things down without turning my hair into a slick, weighed-down situation.I’ve become a big fan of Garnier hair products over time because they tend to be affordable, easy to use, and surprisingly effective for my hair type. Plus, they just tend to work without making things complicated.This oil elixir is exactly that kind of product.The texture is lightweight and easy to control, so I don’t feel like I’m accidentally overdoing it every time I use it. A little really does go a long way. I usually focus it on my mid-lengths and ends, and it immediately helps with that dry, rough feeling without making my hair look oily or flat.What I like most is how soft and smooth my hair feels after it settles in. It gives that healthy-looking shine without the greasy finish some oils can leave behind. My ends look more polished, less frizzy, and overall just more “put together,” even on days when my hair is clearly not trying its best.I also appreciate that it works well as part of a routine. I’ll use it after washing or even on dry hair when things start looking a little dull, and it helps bring some life back into it pretty quickly.If I had a gentle caveat, it’s just that with oils like this, less is definitely more. If you over-apply, you’ll feel it—but used correctly, it stays lightweight and balanced.At around $7, the value is honestly really good. I bought this thinking it would basically be like a hair serum. Most of these “hair oils” generally contain the same ingredients as hair serums, but I was wrong. This is an actual hair oil. It has silicones, yes, but it’s oil. I wanted to be able to use this on wet hair, but unsurprisingly it doesn’t glide well through wet hair. It feel oily after. Compared to when I used it on my hair after it was dry and done being styled applying it to my end, made them feel soft and conditioned, and I do feel like overtime with extended use. It could potentially help preserve your ends from breakage or split ends. I’ve never tried the Ola Plex bonding oil before, but for some reason, the appearance of this kind of reminds me of it. I’ve seen people use it in videos and it does have that golden color. But obviously not the exact same ingredient besides the combination of silicone and oils. I am not entirely sure if this counts as a heat protectant I’d like to go over my hair with an actual heat protected to make sure that there are solid film forming ingredients that are substantial we going to protect my hair from the heat tool. Overall, this is not a bad product. It’s affordable it works as it’s meant to. For reference I have coarse hair. And I personally didn’t have a problem with this product.

While this is sold as a hair oil, I wanted to make sure that people knew the amazing ways this oil can also be used. My mother is a breast cancer survivor, however, she had to have a second surgery, several months after her mastectomy, to ‘fix’ of what she now hates to look at.Since her mastectomy, she has been using the Triple Nutrition Marvelous Hair Care Elixer at least twice a day, since her incision has healed, to aid with the itchiness and pain of the scar that was left behind. It has also softened the appearance of her scar, and kept her skin softened & moisturized, but she absolutely LOVES the wonder scent of the oil!!My middle daughter, who is pregnant, and due to deliver soon, is another reason for my purchasing this product. I have had her using it on all her ‘growing’ areas in order to help prevent stretch marks during her pregnancy. So far, it is working like a charm (which I knew it would, since I used all of the oils in this Miracle Elixer separately during my pregnancies & have NOT a single stretch mark), and she is absolutely in LOVE with the beautiful scent, and how soft her skin feels since she has begun to use it.I also habe used this, for years now, as a regular skin moisturizing oil after my showers. I have several autoimmune disorders, a couple of which have caused my skin to feel drier than I have ever been used to, and I have found that using the Elixer after my showers has helped to lock the moisture into my skin longer. I am also constantly getting compliments about how much people like the way I smell & they will ask what perfume scent I am wearing; when in all actuality I am just wearing my Triple Nutrition Marvelous Hair Care Elixer as my moisturizer. I tell them that it is my moisturizer, and most of the time it turns them away, but every now and then I’ll get the rogue person who says, ‘Really, what do you use?’ And I definitely share...

I have used this for years on my hair after i shower, and am very happy with the results.Don't need to use too much, so it's also economical.

Licensed cosmetologist and practicing for almost 20 years.I haven’t used this yet, I will update IF I do. The ingredients are soooo sketchy. Upon opening the bottle, there’s an overwhelming alcohol scent, which is NO good when you’re trying to moisturize your hair. I thought the would be alright-ish because the benzyl alcohol is the TENTH ingredient! But it’s overpowering as heck, not a good sign.I’m on the hunt for a cheap oil for my son’s 16 inch 4C curls. I bought this one and the Moroccan oil version. While the consistency is very light and silky, and the smell that’s added to cover the alcohol smell is nice, I don’t see this working for him and the parfum just doesn’t cover that smell. I will try it on wash day but I wish these companies would give us struggling moms a cost effective solution to take our kids wild hair without dumping harmful smelling chemicals onto their heads.

Great multi use hair oil! Perfect to leave in overnight or as a heat protection when styling. Smells good too!

Good product

This oil works extremely well. It instantly made my hair soft and significantly reduced frizz. The scent is pleasant. At a fraction of the cost of salon products, this is a great solution for soft and manageable hair. Highly recommend.
