I didn’t get the rubber guards with mine. How do I get them?

I suggest ordering another and return the one without the rubber guards

Will this work on a taller cake?

The knife is sturdy and it is about 5 CM wide , if you use your both hands, and remove the piece from the base , you will be able to use it even for taller cakes

Will this work on frozen pies like frozen cheesecakes & Hershey pies too?
