Exact fit for 2017 ford focus, fixed transmission code issue for A circuit, also will work for B circuit, easy installation. Car was slipping from like 2-3 gear skipping gears and then saying transmission over heating, pulled codes P2872 p0805 P0809. Completely fixed issue with car and has been holding up, great value for price OEM solenoids run for $150-200 so $40 is a steal

2015 Ford Focus: Factory actuator for even gear went out at 120k. I changed both. They are shifting well for 1200 miles now. Make sure to clear your CEL (check engine light) 1st, then disconnect the battery 20 minutes after installing. This will clear the TCM back to factory setting. I didn't do this and got the same CEL and symptom. I was lucky because I still had 1st and 3rd gear, so I really was limping back home. Did as detailed and all is working as it should driving 30 miles every day just for work.

Bought late Jan 2024 to fix stuck open actuator B issue for 2015 Ford Focus SE. worked ok until abruptly won’t work anymore last night out of the blue, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere traveling home. Don’t trust this part and I don’t see ANYWHERE to make the 1-year warranty claim so don’t believe that either. Going to buy OEM version now; going cheap cost me more purchasing this part from this seller. Very upsetting

It’s been a little over a year now and So far good product still doing its job

I have an 18 focus and I had the clutch system replaced in 2021. Car started acting up again, not shifting gears, not shifting properly while on drive (specifcially having issues from stop to 1st-2nd gear). Got the same error codes as before saying the same thing that actuator B was stuck engaged and then another code for the clutch something. Decided to buy these instead of paying $165 a piece for OEM parts just to see if this was the problem. It was! Car runs great now. I'll update when they stop working.

These ones were made in Singapore and the Motorcraft ones are made in China (like many cheap things). These cost me much less, have a different color paint (grey instead of black). These are known to go bad in the DPS6, and it happened in our daily driver (86k & 130k). I installed Motorcraft and these, but found these to have a smoother shift feel. Ford can have their poo poo back. Time will tell if I made the right decision.

Terrific. It fixed my Clitch stuck Circuit A code. Additionally I sprayed WD40 in the hole where actuator goes and turned clutch from there a few times. Car runs smooth now. Code is gone
