We have had 3 of these flashlights to start flickering. Anyone else with this problem? Anything we can do about it? Otherwise, great flashlight.

Mine with this problem got progressively worse from about 4 months to 6 months of light use and now it barely turns on at all. Too much competition in this market to try again but it seemed to be great the first couple months.

What documentation proves its intrinsically safe?

I did not look for any documentation but it is a legit company that sells the night stick. They have a huge lineup of flashlights. I also know that our natural gas company uses them.

how many Lumens is the 22G Model. Saw the 20G is 140 Lumens

I don't really know, but the description says it is 120 Lumens. I do know it is the brightest flashlight I've ever used and when you turn on the floodlight, the other light doesn't dim at all.
