does it come with a case?

No, they do not come with cases. Sisu does make a case, but they're sold separately.

The perforations in the SISU mouthguard act similar to the trusses on a bridge, allowing the structure to flex when an impact occurs.

Does this work on overgrown vimpre type teeth on the gums

Should mold over it but not sure how comfortable it would be. Make sure you get the adult size not the youth.
