Very nice and useful item.

An absolute disappointment! After only two weeks it stopped working. The machine just didn’t turn on anymore. I tried to claim the warranty but of course no one will help you. Amazon cant help because they are not the seller and when trying to reach out to Phillips, there is an error on their website and no contact number. How convenient for them…. Besides all of that, I am also disappointed in the bad display. The machine doesn’t tell you how long it is sterilising for. Which I think is kind of important. In summary: Don’t buy it. Go for the Momcozy steriliser instead.

Item stopped working after 3 months. Was trying to get it fixed through the warranty which is valid for 2 years, however was declined as product was ordered from USA. As I was told the item has been damaged due to voltage difference, because it was ordered from Amazon USA (it wasn’t available at this time in UAE). Unfortunately nobody from Amazon informed me that this issue might happen cuz its another country and another voltage. Just disappointed

Es el mejor que he probado, hace muy poco ruido y deja todo seco y listo para usarse. solo tienes que poner un poquito de agua hasta donde marque el indicador, poner todo lo que vas a estirilizar, lo tapas, picas un boton, y esteriliza todo y lo seca en automatica, el tamaño es bueno, entran hasta 6 biberones en el contenedor gris, y en la parte de arriba blanca, entran bastantas chupones, chupetas, juguetes, etc. Tarda aprox 5 mins en esterilizar, y como unos 15 en dejar todo bien seco, se apaga automaticamente cuando acaba, asi que no tienes que prestarle atención. Lo compre unos meses antes de que naciera mi bebe, sin saber que en el baby shower me regalarian dos esterilizadores de distintas marcas, me quedo con esta sin duda alguna, por tamaño y practicidad. El único detalle es que despues de algunos usos, se le hace un poco de sarro en la resistencia donde se coloca el agua, pero se limpia muy facilmente, yo uso una toallita humeda desinfectante.

This gave me so much freedom to ready baby bottles when I needed, instead of running the dishwasher when empty. So quick and VERY quiet. I used this the entire first year of my daughter life and it worked great! Was easy to clean and kept bottles HOT. Also took on vacations, was easy to pack and travelled well!

I've had this for just over a week and wanted to give it a good try before reviewing. I'm very happy with this steam sterilizer. The size is great, you can fit a ton of stuff in here and having the 2 compartments to use allows you to set it up for whatever you're needing to sterilize. If you need to store on your counter it looks nice, sleek and clean. If it needs to be stored in a cupboard being able to take it apart into the 3 sections allows for easy storage (I put the smaller compartment on the base and store the bigger compartment beside it). The instructions were a bit overwhelming at first since it's all pictures but it makes sense if you look at them with the unit in front of you, I do wish the breakdown of what each symbol on the power button meant was at the begining of the instructions I feel that would have helped make it easier to understand right away. The 130ml of water needed is a rather odd number, its easy enough to measure out on the bottle but most bottles have the ounces marked so 120ml would be a better number for ease of use as it's more obviously marked on bottles. When the unit is running the sterilization setting its so quiet you forget it's even running. The dryer setting is a bit louder but still very quiet. And the time frame for running a sterilize and dry is very fast. I much prefer popping everything into this unit than taking the time to boil on the stove and end up dripping all over the counter when emptying. The only 3 things I've noticed that are negatives. The seals for my pump don't dry all the way inside the rim so I have to give them a quick dry when they come out. There will be a bit of residual water left in the unit so you need to dump it out and quickly wipe the 2 chambers and the base to dry it. And the included tongs are basically useless. They are far too small and if you're trying to get things out when it's hot your hand is basically in the unit. I prefer just using my normal kitchen tongs. But half the time I don't use tongs at all so it's really not a big negative. This unit is a massive time saver and is so easy to use. I feel it's worth every penny and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sterilizer with dry function.
