Does this brush help stimulate hair growth?

The company would not say that, but it does massage and stimulate the scalp, increasing blood flow. This definitely supports hair growth! It also deeply cleanses the scalp, and a clean and healthy scalp is the optimal environment for growth. Is it a magic bullet? No. But it is a great tool to fight loss and stimulate growth.

why does this brush cost $71?

It is a bit expensivebut well made and mine has lasted 3years with no sign of damage. Works well - definitely cleans and massages the scalp and gets rid of all the hair products left on the hair

It’s pretty old but I clean with water soap and old toothbrush)

Shocked how well it works!

Love this thing. My wife got one and on a lark I used it and boy howdy does it feel good to brush. I'm a guy with reasonably long hair and this gets tangles out great. Also works great in the shower for massaging shampoo and conditioner in.
