Sticks to bottom but a good supplement.
Good supplement. No smell. Easy to swallow. I do sometimes have to use a spoon to unstick them from the bottom of the bottle. Worth purchasing.

We need more D3 as we age
[+] THE REVIEW: I have added extra Vitamin D3 to my supplementation because I am getting older. When a person is young, even 30 minutes of sun exposure can provide him or her with the daily requirements of Vitamin D3. Unfortunately, as we age, the skin becomes less effective at producing Vitamin D3, When we reach midlife, our skin becomes so ineffective at producing Vitamin D3 that even if we were to get 8 hours of sun exposure, we would still not get enough Vitamin D3 needed. This unchecked low production of Vitamin D3 over years then promotes deficiencies sufficient to harm the body. That's why, as a person in my 50s, I supplement with 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3. I believe Country Life to be a quality brand. Pros: - Reasonably priced at only 0.22 cents a day - Provides adequate D3 for older folks - Reputable company - If deficient in D3, then adding D3 can help with absorption of calcium - Pills are small and easy to swallow Cons: - This is made from Lanolin (sheep's wool), so I have heard some people don't take it for that reason. - A little more expensive than other brands of D3, but Country Life is a great company and perfect for those customers faithful to this brand. Just to clarify, this review, especially comments about D3 needs, is solely based on my own research and my opinions derived from that research. Please consult your physician for your individual Vitamin D3 needs.

This is a good brand. I need vitamins and minerals to strengthen mi immune system after a long illness and hospital stays.

Good vit D for fish allergic individual
These are small and easy to swallow. They have no fish oil in them and that's great. It has really helped my vitamin D level get closer to normal. My last blood draw was much better and it's the only thing I changed. Fast delivery. This bottle was smaller than I thought but it was my fault for not reading the description better.

Great Product
I look for supplements without soybean oil because it doesn't have a long shelf life. This uses MCT oil.
