Not reliable!
I purchased 15 of these, in order to replace some old ones we had at the sports facility which I'm managing. We had them installed in October-November 2023. Out of 15 pcs, 7 started to malfunction only weeks after installation, causing constant leaking and water loss. Went through very expensive bathrooms remodeling, only to have 'out of order' toilets - unacceptable! Buyers, beware!

easy to do upgrade.
Comes with everything needed for converting from manual to automated. Easy assembly if your original valve was installed properly. It looks nice and clean assuming you don't try to use channel locks on the nuts. Each component is individually boxed so it should survive most shipping disasters. No issues with the operation yet. This price is much lower than from some other suppliers and arrives so much quicker.

Reliable touchless flush valve for my toilet
I ordered this American Standard Ultima Selectronic touchless toilet flush valve to replace the old leaking handle on my toilet. Installation went fairly smoothly after shutting off the water and it took about 25 minutes total. The piston type valve dropped right into the tank with no leaks and the polished chrome finish looks clean and matches the fixtures well. The sensor activates reliably with a quick hand wave and the 1.28 gallons per flush delivers a strong consistent flush every time. Battery setup was straightforward and it has been operating without any low power warnings for the past month. The only minor issue is the sensor can occasionally need a second wave if you approach from an odd angle. Overall this flush valve performs well and the touchless design adds a convenient hygienic upgrade for daily use.
