We have been using Mary Ruth’s products for years on my special needs son and it has helped tremendously. My son has arfid. Is autistic non verbal and we struggle a lot with health . I have been searching for a dietary supplement that is clean, organic, and rich in essential nutrients, without any added sugars or artificial colors and for sure this is the right one!. My son is an extremely finicky eater, throughout the days I have noticed a notable intake of different foods and enhancement in his immune system, particularly during the winter months. The supplement is easy to take, although the flavor is somewhat strong; However, he is able to tolerate it with a glass of water.

Not having to swallow a capsule is a huge plus for our kids! It tastes great, and my kids don’t complain about taking it, which is honestly a win in our house. It’s easy to keep in the fridge, so it becomes part of our daily routine and a great reminder to take it consistently. My son has over 10+ life threatening food allergies and this is a vitamin that’s safe for him. The only “bad” thing about it is the taste, but it’s not something he can’t get past. The price is a little steep, but it’s still the best vitamin we’ve found that’s safe.

Purchased for my granddaughter, she has a disability and cannot chew or swallow whole vitamins, so the liquid is great.

I chose a liquid vitamin because my child just started orthodontic treatment, and I thought it would be easier to take. However, my child says it's even harder to take than cough syrup. It's not that it's too sweet, the flavor is just overwhelmingly unpleasant. They feel like they're going to throw up before they can even swallow it. This is a big problem. We've only made it through two days, and now it looks like I'll have to drink the rest myself. Even as an adult, I tried it and didn't like it. It has a very sweet smell, but the taste is strange, it's a little sour, almost flavorless at the same time, and has a thick, sticky syrup-like texture.
