I have had insomnia for decades, and this supplement has helped a ton. My issue has always been falling asleep, and one tablet (or sometimes two) takes the edge off really well and helps me fall asleep. It hasn’t worked perfectly every time, but 90 percent of the time it does, and I’ll definitely take that. My son and dil recommended it because it also helps them a lot with getting calm and alleviating stress. It’s been a game changer for me.

I have been using this in conjunction with other supplements to holistically address some health issues. So far my stress level is down, sleep is better, mental fog has cleared and I am steadily losing weight. The taste and texture of the product is just fine. No offensive odors or anything off putting. The price is higher than my other supplements but I just subscribed to this one... if that tells you anything about how much I like it.

I’ve been taking these for about 3 months now. Definitely has become a staple in my medicine cabinet. From trying several different supplements, this has been the only thing that has gotten my severe hot flashes under control. I can sleep comfortably at night without waking up drenched. Now I get dressed and do my makeup without sweating bullets. That alone takes away so much stress. I wouldn’t trade these for anything else. No side effects at all! Get them!!!

This product worked great for a long time, but then in the past 4 months, I noticed that its efficacy has decreased. Not sure if they changed the quantity of ashwagandha in each pill, etc.. but I am looking for an alternate

I have been struggling for years with my sleep woke up at 3am every night woke up tired. I’m on my second bottle and first night I slept through and had hard time waking up because I was in such a deep sleep. I feel less stressed during the day. I am on my second bottle and have no plans on stopping. It’s wonderful

To start with, I was taking this as desired. Didn't work at all. I thought, this had great reviews, I should take this as told to. I started taking one a day. Within a week or two I felt the desire to start projects at work again. It's been years. I then started taking 2 and things got better. I asked my Dr. about it and since I was already taking ashwagandha separately I asked her about L-Theanine. She said, yea, that's something a lot of my adhd patients take as a supplement. So yea, it 100% made me give a crap about work again. I now take ash and L-The in two pills though. This pill is a hoss to get down.

I can take this for up to 10 days and it absolutely helps me fall asleep, some nights sleep longer, and there's a calmness. However, I also can tell it's doing something to my body because around day 10 I start to feel a little down, more tired, kind of depressed. I think it's the ashwagandha which I've noticed I can't tolerate for long on its own. Could just be it's lowering my cortisol so much it's too low. My sister does great on ashwagandha so I just think people need to try it and see how it goes. I do cycle on and off it because honestly up until about 10 days it works pretty well for my sleep.

I bought this product to replace and enhance my basic L-theanine, which I take to help me fall asleep at night. Unfortunately I missed my return window, because I feel this product did nothing to help me fall asleep. I guess if it’s not broke, don’t fix it. For me, it was overpriced and did not provide the results that were expected, based on other reviews.
