I have had insomnia for decades, and this supplement has helped a ton. My issue has always been falling asleep, and one tablet (or sometimes two) takes the edge off really well and helps me fall asleep. It hasn’t worked perfectly every time, but 90 percent of the time it does, and I’ll definitely take that. My son and dil recommended it because it also helps them a lot with getting calm and alleviating stress. It’s been a game changer for me.

I’ve been using this product for almost a month, and I’ve noticed a change in my sleep pattern, less fatigue, and I feel more calm and relaxed throughout the day. I work in an extremely stressful job in the medical field and having the mental clarity and not as irritable as I have been. Would highly recommend.

Was skeptical at first but was recommended by my doctor. I have seen a difference since using this product. Been on it for about a week. I work overnight so my circadian rhythm is all messed up. I don’t feel swollen anymore after I get off from work. I do feel more relaxed/calm. It’s like I feel more leveled and definitely less anxious. I’ve also noticed a decrease in my food cravings. It does make you a bit sleepy so I would encourage taking it before a nap or bedtime which it states that on the bottle anyway. I did see people notate a headache. I generally have headaches due to other things so I do not want to associate the headaches I have been having with the pill, and also there have been days I’ve taken the pill and did not have a headache at all. The pill for me is not as big per the other reviews, but if you have challenges swallowing pills then maybe this is not for you.

This product worked great for a long time, but then in the past 4 months, I noticed that its efficacy has decreased. Not sure if they changed the quantity of ashwagandha in each pill, etc.. but I am looking for an alternate

I have re-ordered this several times and can honestly say it is effective and has helped me sleep better. Pill size is easy to swallow and there is not funny aftertaste.

I can take this for up to 10 days and it absolutely helps me fall asleep, some nights sleep longer, and there's a calmness. However, I also can tell it's doing something to my body because around day 10 I start to feel a little down, more tired, kind of depressed. I think it's the ashwagandha which I've noticed I can't tolerate for long on its own. Could just be it's lowering my cortisol so much it's too low. My sister does great on ashwagandha so I just think people need to try it and see how it goes. I do cycle on and off it because honestly up until about 10 days it works pretty well for my sleep.

I bought this product to replace and enhance my basic L-theanine, which I take to help me fall asleep at night. Unfortunately I missed my return window, because I feel this product did nothing to help me fall asleep. I guess if it’s not broke, don’t fix it. For me, it was overpriced and did not provide the results that were expected, based on other reviews.
