Tendu Toning is a revolutionary fusion workout that combines ballet with fitness created by former professional ballerina and owner of Speck Fitness, Rachel Speck. After retiring from ballet, she was looking for a way to maintain her long, lean body, but also for others to be able to achieve a ballet body without taking years of ballet training. The entire workout is derived from all original ballet technique combined with weights, resistance, and a lot more reps are added to each step to achieve the desired results in a short amount of time.
