Good for intended use
My old thermostat left a fairly large mark on the wall when I removed it. This covered it up nicely. Colour matches the thermostat as well.

Nice Piece
The material is well made. It fits the Nest Thermostat well. It fits flush against the wall. The color doesn’t exactly match the thermostat, but it’s not that big of a deal for me. It looks nice to me that way.

Covers up the drywall holes and mismatched paint
Perfect to cover old thermostat holes and paint. Can install vertical or horizontal.

Nice appearance, easy installation

Easy to install but color is wrong
The reason I gave this four stars is not for the plate itself because that is just fine. It is because the color fog is so much darker than the nest thermostat in fog. I will paint the plate to match the wall color so as to make it less conspicuous.
