first of all this is infrared oven. built is good, you can hear fan working under each round, but its ok. Immidiately heat ut, good design, good for cleaning. very thin, and overall build quality feels good. will reccomend

I had high hopes for the Prestige Double Infrared Cooktop PR81513, but it’s been a big disappointment. The heating is inconsistent, making cooking frustrating as one side of the pan gets too hot while the other stays cold. The black crystal plate showed scratches and discoloration after just a few weeks, which is unacceptable for the price. The controls are confusing and not user-friendly, and the preset options aren’t practical. Even worse, the cooktop shuts down randomly, raising safety concerns. Customer support has been equally frustrating—slow responses and an unwillingness to honor the warranty make the experience even worse. I regret buying this cooktop and wouldn’t recommend it. For the price, you can find much better options that actually deliver on their promises.
