Put a pea-sized amount on my painful shoulder. Ten minutes later the burning sensation started. At the same time, the pain and stiffness started to go. Really good pain reliever but only use a tiny amount, otherwise the heat could create a different pain! However, that does mean that this is very good value, as the tube will last for ages. Also, love the smell, I picked up the nutmeg as soon as I'd applied it <3

Non adatto nel mio caso
Comprato questa crema per un terribile mal di schiena. Avendo provato diverse altre creme e gel (tipo Voltaren e arnica) senza risultati, ho voluto provare questa. Mi ha dato un leggerissimo sollievo il primo giorno ma non ha risolto niente. Sicuramente non era adatta per il mio caso... Comunque da davvero un senso di calore (non si deve esagerare con la quantità di prodotto o la sensazione di bruciore diventa spiacevole) e sicuramente è valida per altri tipi di dolore.
