Hakubaku noodles are actually made in Australia but are the #1 top seller in Japan, whether udon, soba, somen or green tea cha soba. I've loved all those products for many years since they are made w/o salt.

These type of udon are different from regular rice udon which are thinner, so I don't think they are fatten-up as they cook.

Taste good and good texture

I really like this udon! It’s easy to cook and the texture is good, though not as good as fresh it is very good substitute for homemade udon. Love that it’s organic too.
